2. API Integrations & Webhooks Scopes

Our custom WhatsApp and Twilio integration nodes fetch only the parameters necessary to qualify patient or prospect workflows. We do not store patient details beyond standard cache queues unless requested.

3. Key Rotation & Data Backups

Database backups are encrypted and stored in secure cloud nodes. Access credentials are audited and rotated regularly to prevent unverified logins.
