1. Software Delivery Scope

OMIVIAN Technologies designs custom integrations according to the approved systems architecture blueprint. Deliverables are considered complete upon successful build compilation and passing clean ESLint checks.

2. Code Handoff & IP Ownership

Upon final retainer clearing, clients receive full ownership of the source repositories, database layouts, and AWS configurations.

3. Telephony SLA Uptime Retainers

Our Scale and Enterprise systems are designed to operate at 99.9% uptime. If a third-party API webhook drops, our engineering logs send alert pings to verify and restore connection values.
